• We are continuing this service since a decade we have our huge networks. We use all kinds of latest technology and media like viber, facebook messenger, whats app, imo, twitter, instagrams, person to person, professional agent to agent, company to company.
• Posting on our ghar jagga bazar realestate (GJBR) near about half dozens facebook pages until sold out the property. Each weeks refresh the pages and reposting it.
• Individual sponsored boosting for once (total 7 days) through our official facebook page
• Properties will be evaluated officially using by registered license holder valuator and Amin
• Collection and preparation of all necessary official documents like, field map, tress from the concerned government office
• Required verifications can be assisted through malpot and napi office between documents and field as well as to verify the condition of halsabik, expansion of existing (goreto, rajkulo, corridor or motorable) access road.
• Above package cost covers inside and outside of ring road of Kathmandu valley minimum 3 to maximum 25 km from our office location, in order to visit/inspect the property to take pictures, video and all details of property by our sale and marketing representative.
• All above services subject to valid until sold out the property
• property selling case, 3% referal fee/service charge will be applicable in total sold out amount incase the property is sold out through us.
• property rental case, one month rental amount is applicable as our service charge when property is rented out or contracted through us.

• All the necessary charges and fees to pay the concerned offices, are to be paid by property owner/seller. Those fees are not included in above package fee.

• If large area land having, terrace, sloppy, forestry, stream, rocky, unable to access inside the land, in this case need to use machine, above price does not cover. The machine price will be extra.
