many people are asking about the land price in kathmandu valley. we just would like to mention one small practical story here:
 

a buyer had bought a 8 ana land in narayanthan area approximately one and half year back. that time they had paid it just rs. 675,000 per ana. and near around a year after we been there to find some lands for our other customers we came to know that the same area land price was rs. 11,00,000 per ana.


again within couple of weeks we been the same area to find some lands and also been there and asked the current price. oh ! it is almost rs.15,00,000 per ana. omg ! cant imagine how lucky they are.
 

now the person who bought this land they almost earning rs. 800,000 per ana within couple of year. yet it might be going up and up due to latest scenario. we, even cant imagine it how they have earned it. it means if people invest in right time and right place always no loss investing to land. yet right time to invest in land within outside of ring road reserve your open land now.
